Hi Kelley, great post! I frequently forget to take my phone with me when I go out to do errands or go see bands/movies. Invariably, those are the times someone has always tried to contact me. When I eventually call them back, I'm always met with a comment like "Where were you? I tried to call you and then texted you?" Of course, they try to guilt me into not having my phone with me at all times. But, I just reply with, "hey I grew up with landline telephones. I got along just fine all those years, so I don't feel the need to take mine everywhere I go."

Hey Kelly good point the more we focus on ourselves the healthier we are... It is true our devices are slowly choking our human existence of just living in the present.
