And this was the trip where I blew a tire at 65 mph on the freeway and ended up having to replace two tires. Then my starter went out. And none of this happened while I’m in a decent sized city.
think that the life of a gig artist, writer, or musician must be a difficult one. It's good to see though, that you made new friends, visited with old ones, and experienced places others might only read about or never know existed.
Gary, it's a tough life but overall very fulfilling. Most of the work for hire I do these days all seems to come from filmmakers I met while on the road. And yes, I have a lot of experiences that would have never happened if I had stayed home. I hope all is well my friend. Take care.
